He is our Ophthalmologist with 17 yrs of experience in Oman. He completed his degree in Medicine from Kasturba Medical College, Manipal, Karnataka, India in 1986 and earned M.S in Ophthalmology from Karnataka Medical College in 1990. As an Assistant Professor at the OEU institute of Ophthalmology, Kasturba Medical College Hospital, he taught undergraduate students and performed both routine and complex operations for Glaucoma. An expert in his filed, Dr Mukund is thoroughly experienced in Cataract surgery, Intraocular lens implantation, Vitrectomies Keratoplasty and others. His expertise lies in Glaucoma and is additionally well versed in Oculoplasty, Vitreo-Retinal studies and has worked with all modern equipment.
